Job Description
This Rigger position involves designing, developing, and utilizing specific tools to assist animators and motion capture teams. The responsibilities include optimizing existing game production processes, developing new tools to accelerate the animation creation process, and integrating character animation processes using scripting tools like MEL/Python. The role also involves creating and implementing efficient characters, weapons, vehicles, props, and improving existing character animation systems. The Rigger is expected to create and maintain relevant documentation, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively with other game development teams. This position is within a highly creative team and requires a candidate able to learn new tools, processes and communicate effectively.
Must Have:
- Experience in computer programming and scripting (C#, C++, MEL, Python).
- Bachelor's degree or 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Max, Maya, Motion Builder.
- Knowledge of human skin shading and shaping techniques.

• 掌握人体皮肤着色和塑形技术
• 能够快速学习和掌握新动画制作的工具、流程等
• 了解游戏引擎的需求和游戏引擎的装备参数
• 有效地与其它游戏开发团队和部门进行沟通和合作
• 积极融入到这个具有高度创造力的团队，乐于给予和接受反馈
• 了解动画的关键帧和动作捕捉制作的线程
• 有绝对的信心和激情共同把公司建设成行业内最好的游戏公司
• 能够激励团队同事紧密合作朝同一目标前进
• 英语能力优秀者优先
