This role will be an integral part of the Risk, & Compliance team and will collaborate with teams across the Company. The individual will function as a generalist and assist the Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance and Vice President, Corporate and Compliance, with the design and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Third-Party Risk, Fraud Prevention and Regulatory Compliance program, as well as Business Continuity and Incident Response
The candidate must be comfortable developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs that have regulatory risks and implications, assisting the business to design and implement internal controls, assess control gaps, and make improvements, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and standards. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities and the capability to influence and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the Company.
