The RMA Returns Processing Associate role involves managing inbound returns and ensuring accurate order completion. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and clear communication. Responsibilities include building expertise in Axon processes, providing accurate information, meeting performance targets, and functioning as the administrative representative to Global Returns, working alongside the operations team on the inbound process. The role requires delivering world-class customer service, contributing to operational efficiency, and collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience. Candidates should be able to perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately and expertly.
Must have:
  • Warehouse experience (1-2 years).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Must hold an EU passport.

Deliver world-class customer service by efficiently managing inbound returns and ensuring accurate order completion. Leverage strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and clear communication to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Location: Dietzenbach, Germany
Reports to: Senior Supervisor, RMA
Direct Reports:

  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise of Axon processes and solutions related to this role
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right processes/tools
  • Meet personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics
  • Send process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support Manager
  • Function as the administrative representative to Global Returns.
  • Work alongside our operations team on the inbound process

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of proven warehouse experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • You can perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately and expertly
  • Must hold an EU passport
