Job Description

TREK originated from one man's belief in a new way of running a company. Dick Burke started TREK in a barn in southern Wisconsin based on the simple principles that still guide us today: Build lasting things - memories, relationships, bikes, a brand - and leave a trail of positive change.

Do you have a passion for cycling and want to contribute to TREK's mission? For our store in Rotterdam, we are looking for a sales associate who does everything to make our customers leave the store with a smile. Your mission is only truly successful when the customer leaves the store satisfied!

What will you do?

As a Sales Associate, you are the specialist and advise our customers from A to Z. By following internal training, you know everything about our wide range of bicycles and accessories. Do you still have a specific question about a bike? Your colleagues are always ready to help you with their knowledge and experience. At TREK, quality and service are paramount, so you do everything to help the customer as best as possible. In addition to your advisory role, you also ensure that our store always looks top-notch.

Who are we looking for?

• You live in or near Rotterdam
• You have an affinity for our products
• You are available 16 hours, including one day on Saturday.
• It is possible to work extra hours during the holiday period
• Customer focus is paramount to you
• You are driven, flexible, and think in solutions
