Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while presenting our products. Acting in accordance with our values, you will contribute to both your success and the company's success.

You will need to:

• Share knowledge about fashion and products to help customers make decisions.
• Collaborate with your team to provide exceptional service at every step of the customer journey, including actively promoting the loyalty program (Hello Member).
• Ensure that the sales floor and areas behind the cash register are well-stocked, organized, and pleasant.
• Provide support for store opening and closing.
• Represent yourself and our brand positively in all customer interactions.

Store role assessment:
