Job Summary

Job Description

Tesla's Sales & Delivery Trainee program in Singapore offers a comprehensive training experience with job rotations between retail and delivery operations. Trainees will gain hands-on experience, work on challenging projects, and collaborate across various teams. The program provides a thorough understanding of the innovative technology industry within the EV sector. Responsibilities include supporting sales efforts, contributing to delivery operations, and working closely with different business functions. Successful candidates will be passionate about Tesla's mission and products, possess strong leadership skills, and hold a valid Singapore driver's license with a clean driving record. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

What to Expect

Tesla is currently seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our sales and delivery team Singapore. Throughout the program, you will tackle hands-on projects and design challenges, constantly upending conventions and pushing boundaries. You will also collaborate across disciplines and borders to support our shared mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

What You’ll Do

The Trainee Program is a comprehensive program with job rotation opportunities between retail and delivery operations. You will work closely with different business functions allowing you to gain a thorough understanding and insight of the innovative technology industry.

What You’ll Bring

Graduates in any field of study
Passionate about Tesla's mission and products. Knowledge on EV industry trends are advantageous
Demonstrated leadership abilities in extracurricular activities or any other exceptional achievement
Valid driver’s license in Singapore with a clean driving history
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Candidate in immediate availability is highly preferred
