Xsolla is seeking a Business Development Manager to research, understand, evangelize, and sell Xsolla's video game products and solutions globally. This role involves sourcing and building new partnerships within the video game community and closing deals. The manager will influence global strategic decisions, focusing on business development in China's South region, and maintaining existing client relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Xsolla is an international IT company that offers a number of services for video games. We create solutions for developers that help to integrate payments, attract users, and publish games all over the world. We also provide round-the-clock technical support. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for researching, understanding, evangelizing and selling Xsolla's products and solutions to clients in Global. Your primary functions will be sourcing and building new partnerships with individuals in the video game community and closing deals. Since this role is connected to the company strategy you will be able to influence decisions on a global level and the director role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ldenitifing and following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning, preparing and performing presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Maintaining existing client relationships
  • Writing reports in our corporate resources
  • Submitting service proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Focusing on the business development in China's South region

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience at a publishing center/dept of a live ops game company as a BD or a publishing role;
  • Broad network in China gaming industry
  • Resilient and of flexibility
  • Hands on, regardless of being a management role or an IC.

Nice to have:

  • Fintech / payment solution industry background
