We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive innovation in Outbound Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling B2B messages that grab attention and drive engagement
- Master cutting-edge tools like Salesforce, Expandi, Reply and Google Workspace to streamline your workflow
- Research and identify new opportunities through social media, events, and other creative channels
- Build relationships with prospects, turning cold leads into warm conversations and long-term partnerships
- Tackle objections head-on, turning challenges into opportunities
- Search for leads using Google, LinkedIn, social networks, and other sources
- Work with Google Sheets, social networks, and multiple specialized tools (e.g. Reply, Wiza, Phantom Buster, Quickemailverification, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Have good German and English skills (B2-C1) - you’re good at both writing and speaking
- Bring 1+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR, BDR, sales, etc.), ideally working with EU and US markets
- Experience in tools mentioned above (Reply, Wiza, Phantom Buster, Quickemail verification, etc.) would be beneficial but not necessary
- Have a team-first mindset - you’re self-driven but love collaborating with others
- Creative and curious - you’re always thinking of new ways to approach prospects and solve problems
- Have superb organizational skills - you’re detail-oriented and thrive in structured workflows
