As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key part of the Regional Sales team, supporting the sales organization by identifying new revenue opportunities and contributing to the total pipeline. You will build relationships with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and potential customers, focusing on green-field opportunities. The role involves prospecting, lead generation, and collaborating on territory plans to set up new meetings and achieve monthly quotas.
Must have:
  • Prospect and generate leads within a defined territory
  • Leverage modern lead generation tools like Linkedin, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives on territory planning
  • Set up new meetings for Account Executive teams
  • Qualify opportunities and handle objections
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities and Closed Business
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives
  • Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists
  • Research and build new and existing accounts
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Must be based in London and in office twice a month
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Flexible to travel to Germany (10%)
  • Fluent in German for selling to the DACH region
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SaaS experience

German speaking Sales Development Representative

Our Sales Development Representatives are a key part of a Regional Sales team consisting of a Sales Manager and Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executives. You will support all levels of the sales organization by finding new revenue opportunities that add to the total pipeline. You will foster relationships with Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers, and potential future customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads with companies within a defined territory
  • Leverage a modern lead generation tool stack, including Linkedin,
  • ZoomInfo and Outreach
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to establish a territory"plan-of-attack", including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
  • Set up new meetings to hand off to our Account Executive teams
  • Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process
  • Qualify opportunities and handle objections
  • Participate in regular training & informational sessions
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities and Closed Business
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
  • Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Must be based in London. Role requires to be in office twice a month.
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Flexible to travel to various events in Germany (10%)
  • German speaking as you will be selling to the DACH region

Desired Qualifications and Skills
