Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Le Collectionist is a critical position within the Sales department, responsible for generating sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, managing leads, and responding to incoming contact requests. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential prospects, establishing a consistent flow of qualified leads, proactively converting leads into sales opportunities, educating prospects on products, and collaborating with Sales Advisors for effective follow-up. The SDR also handles payment monitoring and administrative tasks, ensuring professional and timely responses to contact requests.

Must Have

Job Description

The shift is based on the given timetable: Shift (1) 6 pm - 1 am / Shift (2) 5 pm - 12 am.

Monday through Friday and Wednesday through Sunday, according to a monthly rotation.

Under the supervision of the Head of Sales Hub, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Le Collectionist holds a critical position within the Sales department. The SDR is responsible for generating sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, managing leads, and responding to incoming contact requests.

Lead Qualification:
