Toast is building a restaurant platform to help businesses adapt and thrive. This Sales Enablement Manager role supports Territory Account Executives in Australia, providing continuous education and training. The position involves developing and delivering content, managing training programs, and coaching sales reps. It requires working closely with international sales leadership, utilizing remote tools and on-the-ground programs to enhance sales performance and achieve goals. Candidates must be local to Sydney or willing to relocate.
Must have:
  • Develop international training and enablement content leveraging Workramp LMS, Chorus.ai, Google Sites.
  • Manage, deliver, and execute training and certification programs for the International team.
  • Provide live and virtual training to sales reps to ensure practices are adopted.
  • Give direct feedback and hold sales team accountable for goals and process adoption.
  • Provide pre- and post-Sales Boot Camp training support to enhance trainee performance.
  • Provide ramping Account Executives with feedback and coaching to improve individual performance.
  • Certify competencies in sales process and Sandler sales methodology.
  • Track training progress in correlation to sales results and communicate to management.
  • Support senior sales leadership in driving key metrics to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Own and execute training events and occasional onsite meetings globally.
  • Assist reps with deal-specific questions remotely and in the field.
  • 5+ years of successful (quota-achieving) B2B sales experience.
  • 1+ years in a sales training or sales enablement role.
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple timezones.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics and how to influence them.
  • Ability to develop and create content (slide decks, job aids).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coaching, and good presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand the sales process and ascertain strengths/weaknesses in sellers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams to metric-driven programs.
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot quickly when needed.
  • Willing to travel 10% within Australia and internationally to other markets.

Job Details

Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. The Sales Enablement Manager will provide continuous support and delivery of ongoing education and training for all Territory Account Executives in our newly established market in Australia. Working in lockstep with the International sales leadership team, this role will provide dedicated enablement support - via remote tools and on the ground programs.

Candidates must live local to Sydney or be willing to relocate.

About this roll\* (Responsibilities)

  • Develop International training and enablement content in conjunction with the Sales Enablement team leveraging our technology stack to include Workramp LMS, Chorus.ai and Google Sites.
  • Manage, deliver and execute training and certification programs for the International team
  • Provide live and virtual training to sales reps to ensure trainings are being put into practice
  • Give direct feedback and hold the sales team accountable for goals and adoption of processes (ie, Sandler Sales Methodology) and tools (ie, Salesloft, Vidyard, etc.)
  • Provide pre- and post- Sales Boot Camp training support and reinforce tools that will enhance the performance of the sales trainee
  • Provide ramping Account Executives with the relevant feedback/coaching that will help to improve their individual performance
  • Certify competencies in our sales process and Sandler sales methodology
  • Track training progress in correlation to sales results & communicate to sales management
  • Support senior sales leadership in driving key metrics to achieve overall sales goals
  • Own and execute training events and occasional onsite meetings (at any office globally)
  • Assist reps in deal-specific questions both remotely and in the field

Do you have the right ingredients\*? (Requirements)

  • 5+ years of successful (quota-achieving) B2B sales experience (preferably in hospitality)
  • 1+ years in a sales training or sales enablement role
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple timezones
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics and how to influence them
  • Ability to develop & create content (slide decks, job aids, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ‘people person’; coaching and good presentations skills
  • Ability to understand the sales process and ascertain strengths/weaknesses in sellers
  • Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams to metric driven programs

  • Willing to travel 10% of the time within Australia and internationally to other markets
