Job Description

The Junior Sales Enablement Specialist will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team. This individual will contribute to the development and execution of impactful enablement programs, create and maintain essential sales materials, and provide comprehensive support for the onboarding of new sales talent. Must have:
  • Support creation of engaging training materials, presentations, and enablement resources
  • Contribute to development and implementation of strategic sales enablement programs
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on sales enablement and process improvement
  • Assist in coordination and administration of effective sales training sessions and events
  • Provide support for new hire onboarding, ensuring access to tools and information
  • Organize and maintain training content to ensure materials are current and accessible
  • Collaborate to streamline processes and optimize sales team efficiency
  • Document and communicate best practices and standardized sales processes
  • Gather feedback from sales team to identify areas for continuous improvement
  • 1+ years of sales, sales support, marketing, or communications experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enablement Content & Programs

  • Support the Sales Enablement team by contributing to the creation of engaging training materials, presentations, and other enablement resources
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales enablement programs and initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on sales enablement and process improvement

2. Training & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of effective sales training sessions and events
  • Provide essential support for the new hire onboarding process, ensuring seamless access to necessary tools and information
  • Organize and maintain training content to ensure all materials are current, accurate, and easily accessible

3. Sales Process & Tools

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement & Effectiveness tool managers and Sales Operations to streamline processes and optimize sales team efficiency
  • Document and communicate best practices and standardized sales processes
  • Gather valuable feedback from the sales team to identify areas for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, sales support, marketing, communications, or related role
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for sales, process coordination, and enabling sales team success

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of sales, sales support, marketing, and/or communications experience
