Job Description

The Sales Manager will serve as a bridge between product development and sales, driving revenue growth, and aligning product and group strategies with market demands. This role involves developing business strategies, identifying customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, launching, promoting, and monitoring products for major accounts. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and operational, with a proven track record of leading commercial initiatives in a product-oriented organization. Responsibilities include sales development strategy, product alignment in collaboration with Marketing, team management, market research, customer engagement and follow-up, and collaboration with other company departments.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in KAM or sales management
  • Experience in railway or related sectors (energy, defense, maritime, etc.)
  • Ability to travel in Europe (50% of the time).
  • Good level of English.
  • Authorization to work in the EU.

Nous créons un poste et recrutons un Responsable des ventes (H./F.) pour les GRU (Ground Return Unit – Unités de Retour de Courant) et les Carbon Brushes (Balais Carbone). Création de poste.

Localisation : Lyon, 50% de déplacements en Europe et possibilité de télétravailler depuis une autre région.

Quels seront vos interlocuteurs à ce poste ?

A l’externe : les clients et prospects (les constructeurs de matériel ferroviaire et opérateurs de transports).

En interne : tous les autres départements de la ligne de produits.

Comment allez-vous faire la différence à ce poste ?

Le Responsable des ventes servira de pont entre le développement des produits et les ventes, en stimulant la croissance du chiffre d'affaires, et en alignant les stratégies des produits et du groupe sur les demandes du marché. Ce rôle implique l'élaboration de stratégies commerciales, l'identification des besoins clients, la collaboration avec des équipes transversales, le lancement, la promotion et le suivi des produits auprès des grands comptes.

 Le candidat idéal sera à la fois stratégique et opérationnel, avec un historique avéré de direction d'initiatives commerciales dans une organisation orientée produit.

Ce que nous aimerions retrouver chez vous ?

- Bac +4/5, scientifique ou commercial

- A partir de 7 années d’expérience au total, à des postes de KAM, de responsable des ventes, …

- Secteurs : ferroviaire ou secteur connexe : énergie, défense, maritime, etc.

- Capacité à se déplacer en Europe (50% du temps).

- Bon niveau en Anglais (clients en Europe)

- Autorisation à travailler en U.E.
