BECORIT GmbH, headquartered in Recklinghausen, is a globally leading provider of sophisticated system components in the rail transport sector. To strengthen our management level, we are looking for a:

Supervisor Electrician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the maintenance team in the electrical engineering area
• Planning, organization, and monitoring of maintenance and servicing work
• Ensuring plant availability and optimizing maintenance processes
• Coordination and prioritization of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance measures
• Responsibility for compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Budget and resource planning for the area of responsibility
• Participation in continuous improvement processes and technical projects
• Interface to other departments and external service providers

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrician with further training as an industrial master electrician or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Profound knowledge in control and automation technology (PLC, Siemens S5/S7)
• Experience in using maintenance planning systems and MS Office
• Strong leadership skills and assertiveness
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High resilience, flexibility, and decision-making ability
• Good communication skills and team orientation
