Job Description

We need a Sales Operations & Salesforce Specialist to manage our sales tools, improve business processes, and create better customer experiences. This role involves managing Salesforce CRM, supporting sales teams with contract validation and invoicing, updating event floorplans, and ensuring smooth customer handovers. Additionally, the specialist will support pre-show and onsite rebook efforts, maintain accurate sales figures, prepare reports and forecasts, and create presentations for strategy discussions.
Must have:
  • Manage Salesforce CRM and sales order processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP)
  • Update systems with sales contracts
  • Configure products including events, sponsorships, and digital offerings
  • Help sales teams with contract validation and invoicing issues
  • Update event floorplans
  • Connect Customer Service and Event Operations teams
  • Ensure smooth customer handovers after sales
  • Support pre-show and onsite rebook efforts
  • Keep sales figures accurate across all systems
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for budget meetings
  • Create presentations for strategy discussions
  • Strong organization and time-management
  • Confidence and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving for internal customers
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong data analysis abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Background in B2B or B2C events industry

What You'll Do

Salesforce Management

  • Manage Salesforce CRM and sales order processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP)
  • Update systems with sales contracts
  • Configure products including events, sponsorships, and digital offerings

Expert Support

  • Help sales teams with contract validation and invoicing issues
  • Update event floorplans
  • Connect Customer Service and Event Operations teams
  • Ensure smooth customer handovers after sales

Sales Activities

  • Support pre-show and onsite rebook efforts
  • Keep sales figures accurate across all systems
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for budget meetings
  • Create presentations for strategy discussions
