Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/year*

What You’d Do in This Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and service-minded professional to keep the SmartDollar team running at peak efficiency. In this role, you’ll manage travel logistics from start to finish, ensure accurate and timely expense tracking in systems like NetSuite, and maintain key internal resources such as SharePoint. The travel logistics will be a majority of your work. Other tasks will include coordinating team celebrations, support monthly meetings and events, inventory and purchasing of our swag and step in on emerging projects that require quick thinking and proactive problem-solving. This position is critical to keeping operations smooth, budgets accurate, and team morale high, freeing the rest of the team to focus on delivering life-changing results for our customers.

• Monthly team meetings and events run smoothly with the right details handled ahead of time.
• Special projects and emerging initiatives are met with quick action, ownership, and follow-through.
