Job Description

This role at Ramsey Solutions involves shaping how millions discover Ramsey content on YouTube, Spotify, and social media. The strategist will transform long-form shows into high-performing short-form content, collaborating with producers and brand leaders. Daily data analysis, experimentation, and aligning content with the company's mission to provide biblically based, commonsense education are key responsibilities.
Must Have:

  • 1–2 years of in-house or agency experience in digital content, social media strategy, or marketing.
  • Fluent in YouTube Studio and experienced in using analytics to drive creative decisions.
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and the trends that make short-form content perform.
  • Love data and enjoy finding insights that shape smarter strategies.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams—content, brand, and production—and can clearly communicate ideas.
  • Care about doing work that connects to a bigger mission and prioritize impact over vanity metrics.
  • Hungry to learn, curious about platform trends, and motivated to help others succeed.
  • Watch long-form show episodes and identify key moments for shorts, reels, or clips.
  • Partner with producers and brand leaders to plan and execute platform-specific content strategies.
  • Use YouTube Studio, Spotify for Creators, and social analytics tools to track performance and optimize content.
  • Write engaging titles, descriptions, and metadata.
  • Upload and manage content schedules across YouTube and other platforms.
  • Research competitors and industry trends.
  • Present insights and recommendations in content and strategy meetings.

Salary: $46,400- $65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you’ll shape how millions of people discover Ramsey content across YouTube, Spotify, and social media. You’ll take our long-form shows—like Smart Money Happy Hour, The Rachel Cruze Show, and Jade Warshaw's Show—and turn them into short-form, high-performing content that reaches new audiences and drives engagement.

You’ll collaborate with producers, brand leaders, and personalities to format and package each episode for the digital world. You’ll dig into data daily, experiment with new ideas, and help our team understand what’s working—and why. You’ll connect great content with the right audience, all while keeping our mission at the heart of every strategy.

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 1–2 years of in-house or agency experience in digital content, social media strategy, or marketing.
  • You’re fluent in YouTube Studio (a must!) and have experience using analytics to drive creative decisions.
