Job Description

We are looking for a qualified sales intern to assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers especially in the Indirect Pharmacy channel, chains and e-Pharmacies. The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic team: working on increasingly challenging and engaging real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience in each stage of the sales funnel, attending meetings, events, and other networking opportunities. The intern hired for this position will help create, identify and track sales leads, generate sales reporting, evaluate success, trends and failures of sales activities, assist with sales forecasting, strategies and tactics.
Must have:
  • Learn basic principle of Key Account Management
  • Learn and contribute to the development of sales concepts and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support Sales team in monitoring and updating prior clients’ lists.
  • Update documents and sales records.
  • Monitor sales performance against sales targets.
  • Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions, especially on slow moving products and returns dynamics.
  • Be involved in defining business plans and help customers to develop business programs.
  • Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts.
  • Learn and apply sales techniques.

About the role

Key responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar may be required
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Excel; PowerPoint and Word preferred
  • Good level of English
