Wolters Kluwer Italy is seeking a Sales Representative for its Tax & Accounting division. The role involves managing commercial aspects of software applications for professional firms and SMEs. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, direct sales to new clients, developing new software sales through hunting and upselling, and collaborating on prospecting plans. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in software and service sales, strong IT interest, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work for objectives.
Must have:
  • Achieve assigned budget and sales standards (margin, customer satisfaction)
  • Develop direct sales to new clients in the assigned geographical area
  • Develop new sales of application software through hunting and upselling to existing clients
  • Collaborate with company management in defining and implementing prospecting plans
  • Degree in STEM or Economic subjects
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and in software and service sales, with a solution selling approach
  • Strong interest and passion for the IT world
  • Excellent relational skills at all levels and in cross-functional teamwork
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to work towards objectives in complex and modernly organized structures
  • Strong orientation towards self-learning, openness to continuous change and problem solving
  • Initiative and willingness to travel frequently
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Competence in selling application software in at least one of the reference markets (professional firms or SMEs)

Job Details

Wolters Kluwer Italia, a leading player in the development of software applications for professionals, is looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the SALES function of the Tax & Accounting division.

The candidate will have the opportunity to join a structured and dynamic multinational context in strong evolution, collaborating within the Sales Department for the commercial management of software applications dedicated to professional firms and the SME segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of the assigned budget, guaranteeing the expected standards in sales activity, both in terms of margin and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop direct sales activity on new clients present in the assigned geographical area;
  • Develop new sales of application software through hunting activities for the reference segment and valorization of existing clients through upselling activities.
  • Collaborate with Company Management in defining prospecting plans and finalizing their implementation;

Requirements:

  • Degree in STEM or Economic subjects
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and in software and service sales, with a solution selling approach.
  • Interest and a strong passion for the IT world.
