Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven, customer-facing professional to partner with our Business Development team in creating customized proposals that clearly demonstrate the financial and operational value DMG can deliver. - Build tailored proposals that highlight DMG’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality facility maintenance services at scale.
- Use data and AI-driven tools to demonstrate operational advantages - such as improved service speed, vendor compliance, issue resolution time, and facility uptime.
- Quantify cost savings as a secondary benefit, reinforcing how DMG’s platform reduces total spend while improving service delivery.
- Leverage AI to analyze historical performance data, benchmark prospective client environments, and identify areas for measurable improvement.
- Automate elements of proposal creation using AI-generated insights - such as dynamic coverage maps, predictive scheduling efficiency, and vendor availability modeling.
- Synthesize internal and external data into concise, compelling narratives that speak to both operational leaders and finance stakeholders.
- Build and maintain scalable proposal templates and dashboards that accelerate and improve future sales cycles.
- Track conversion performance, client onboarding metrics, and proposal ROI to continuously refine models and approaches.
- Compensation tied to successful new customer acquisition and demonstrated proposal impact.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What You Need:
- 5-8 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or operations in services industry.
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercial or institutional environments (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, education, or office space).
- Strong understanding of service operations, customer experience strategies, and business process improvement.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into solution propositions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Proven ability to analyze client data and develop operationally sound and financially viable service models.
- Experience supporting large-scale RFPs or enterprise-level clients.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
