The Channel Manager Global Accounts plans, negotiates, and oversees the execution of annual business plans (JBPs) for the accounts under their responsibility, in conjunction with the KAM and KAE teams, aligned with the company's sales, SOM, and profitability objectives. Responsible for developing business relationships with key clients. The job includes direct responsibility for sales and the annual sales plan (JBPs) of Key Global Accounts, integrating common objectives between the client and the company (volume, market share, profit, net sales, and ROI). Leading the planning and execution process of short and long-term commercial plans aligned with the company's strategy. Coordinating the allocation of resources for the channel (promotional plans, rent plan, etc.), based on the investment policy and the recommendations of Net Revenue Management. Providing coaching and professionally developing, in key account management, the team under their charge (KAMs, CPFR and Trainee). Developing the clients of their Sub-Channel, in conjunction with the team under their charge, identifying strengths and development opportunities at a commercial and profitability level to ensure compliance with JBPs, and thereby achieving profitable long-term development. Creating a high-performance environment through effective talent management, coaching, and differentiated development plans that maximize the potential of team members. Controlling and meticulously monitoring the level of channel investment to ensure compliance with the company's financial objectives.
Must have:
  • University graduate in administrative sciences and/or industrial engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles in consumer goods or healthcare companies.
  • Experience as KAM of WM.
  • Experience in managing multifunctional teams and key sales KPIs.
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Negotiation, organization and planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of people development.
  • Leadership in negotiation and team management.
  • Financial analysis in sales models.
  • Analysis and resolution of commercial problems.
Good to have:
  • Postgraduate degree in commercial area or administrative sciences, or MBA is recommended.
  • Experience as Team Leader is preferred.

El Channel Manager Global Accounts planea, negocia y acompaña la ejecución de los panes comerciales anuales (JBPs), de las cuentas a su cargo, en conjunto con el equipo de KAM y KAEs a su cargo, alineado a los objetivos de venta, SOM y rentabilidad de la compañía. Responsable del desarrollo de relaciones comerciales con clientes clave.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Responsable directo de las ventas y el plan comercial de ventas anual (JBPs) de las Cuentas Clave Globales; integrando objetivos comunes entre el cliente y la compañía (volumen, share of market, profit, net sales, y ROI)
  • Liderear el proceso de planeación y ejecución de los planes de corto y largo plazo comerciales alineados a la estrategia de la compañía.
  • Coordinar la asignación de recursos destinados al canal (planes promocionales, plan de rentas, etc), basado en la política de inversión y en las recomendaciones de Net Revenue Management.
  • Responsable de brindar coaching y desarrollar profesionalmente, en manejo de cuentas clave, al equipo a su cargo (KAMs, CPFR y Trainee)
  • Desarrollar los clientes de su SubCanal, en conjunto con el equipo a su cargo, identificando fortalezas y oportunidades de desarrollo a nivel comercial y de rentabilidad para asegurar el cumplimientos de JBPs, y lograr con ello un desarrollo rentable a largo plazo.
  • Crear un entorno de alto desempeño a través de un efectivo manejo del talento, coaching, y planes de desarrollo diferenciado que maximicen el potencial de los integrantes del equipo.
  • Controlar y dar seguimiento minuciosamente el nivel de inversión del canal para garantizar estar en cumplimiento con los objetivos financieros de la compañía

¿Por qué TÚ? 

Tus calificaciones: 

  • Graduado Universitario en ciencias administrativas s y/o Ingeniería Industrial o afín, si tiene postgrado en el área comercial o ciencias administrativas, o MBA es recomendado.
  • Debe tener mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobables en cargos comerciales con seniority de medio a alto en compañías de consumo masivo, o compañías enfocadas en el cuidado de la salud del consumidor.
  • Experiencia comprobable en el canal Moderno como KAM de WM.
  • Experiencia en manejo efectivo de equipos multifuncionales, habilidades en manejo efectivo de KPI´s básicos de venta, experiencia en manejo financiero con principales KPI´s (líder de proyectos integrales multiáreas).
  • Expdriencia como Team Leader es preferible
  • Inglés intermedio - avanzado
  • Habilidades de negociación, organización y planeación.
  • Conocimiento profundo en el área de desarrollo de personas
  • Liderazgo en negociación y manejo de equipos
  • Análisis financiero en modelos de ventas.
  • Análisis y solución de problemas comerciales.
  • Fuerte capacidad de relacionamiento con clientes internos y externos.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje rápida y alta adaptabilidad.
