Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, seeking a highly skilled Semi-Senior Software Engineer to drive the development of its Salesforce site, connecting customers to support. This hybrid role in Mexico City involves building new features using Salesforce experience cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Javascript, UI technologies, and Java. The engineer will ensure high availability, cost efficiency, and operational reliability for Salesforce customer support, contributing to innovation in the agentic era.

Must Have

• Participate in exploration, code designing, and building products on Salesforce platform.
• Deliver high-quality, stable deliverables with attention to detail.
• Review and provide feedback for code submissions.
• Be self-motivated to achieve and exceed committed milestones.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Work on automation test scripts to certify builds.
• Evangelize Scrum and Agile development processes.
• Develop and configure Agentforce agents (topics, actions, prompt templates).
• Create and maintain test strategies for agentic behaviors and LLM outputs.
• At least 4 years of development experience, 2+ years in Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Apex/Java, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Javascript, ReactJS, Agentforce.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience in designing and implementing Web Services.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and testing LLM-based agents.
• Experience with Data 360 concepts (data models, calculated insights, data actions).
• Familiarity with reviewing, testing, and refining AI-generated code.
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts.
• Experience with Git for source control.

• Experience with code reusability, scalable solution and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
• Presented designs to internal/external groups and review designs of others.
• Good knowledge of automation testing frameworks.
• Certifications on Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer, Agentblazer.

We are looking for a highly skilled Developer to drive the development of our Salesforce site connecting customers to support. This role requires expertise in Salesforce experience cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Javascript, UI technologies and Java. You will be working primarily on building new features, leveraging Salesforce technologies and the latest products. As a team, we will ensure that Salesforce customers receive the best support, ensuring high availability, cost efficiency and operational reliability.

• Responsibilities:
