What You’ll do:
As a Staff Salesforce Engineer & Tech Lead, you’ll take the lead in defining, executing, and raising the bar for technical excellence. You’ll collaborate deeply with engineering, product, and design partners across global teams and guide your development pod through clarity of thought, strategic technical prioritisation, and rigorous execution.
You’ll drive architectural decision-making, author technical design docs, lead implementation, solve high-complexity platform challenges, and ensure our systems remain performant, secure, and future-ready. You’ll be an active cultivator of engineering craft — enabling others to grow through mentorship, code reviews, pairing, and modelling best-in-class engineering behaviours. Your role will accelerate not only our software but our organisation’s long-term technical maturity and velocity.

Within 90 Days, You’ll:
- Develop a deep understanding of core Salesforce product modules and their execution patterns.
- Ramp fully into Sitetracker’s technology stack, architectural guidelines, and engineering principles.
- Deliver enhancements and fixes that demonstrate quality, speed, and architectural alignment.
- Contribute meaningful insight through code reviews and technical recommendations.
- Build strong working relationships across engineering, product, and design.
Within 180 Days, You'll:
- Design, build, and release large-impact platform components or features.
- Serve as the primary technical reference for key modules in the stack.
- Lead incident investigations and drive preventative improvements.
- Identify areas of technical debt and initiate prioritised remediation efforts.
- Shape roadmap discussions by offering well-reasoned technical perspectives.
Within 365 Days, You'll:
- Drive a significant technical or product initiative from initial concept through launch, adoption, and stability.
- Elevate team technical maturity through ongoing mentorship, code quality improvements, and process refinements.
- Improve system maintainability, scalability, and developer productivity through modernisation or re-architecture efforts.
- Reduce defects and accelerate development velocity through improved engineering practices.
