The Salesforce Technical Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice. This role is pivotal in aligning technical architecture with business goals, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing platform capabilities for user satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end Salesforce architecture, leading technical discovery, designing new features, configuring applications with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows, building proofs of concept, and designing integration strategies with external systems, including telephony platforms. The role ensures data integrity, performance, and security across all integrations.
Must have:
  • Develop end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Sales, Service, and Voice Clouds.
  • Lead technical discovery to define future architecture and platform capabilities.
  • Design scalable, performant, and secure features/fixes from requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows.
  • Build proof of concepts for complex business issues.
  • Collaborate with developers on reusable solutions in Azure repositories.
  • Identify optimal solutions leveraging code, low-code, or both.
  • Design integration strategies for Salesforce and external systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across integrations.
  • Partner with BAs to document business goals and technical strategy.
  • Create documentation and training materials for adoption and usability.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Einstein for Service and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Background in telephony platform migration and support.

Job Details

The Salesforce Technical Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice. This role is pivotal in aligning technical architecture with business goals, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing platform capabilities for user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and data/integration components.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to define future-state architecture and platform capabilities.
  • Design new features or fixes to solutions from stakeholder requirements with scale, performance and security in mind
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
  • Build proof of concepts for the more complex business issues
  • Work with the developers to store reusable solutions in Azure repositories
  • Identify optimal solutions for business requirements that leverage code or low code or a combination of both
  • Design integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems, including telephony platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across all integrations.
  • Partner with Business Analysts and to understand and document business goals and the technical strategy to achieve them
  • Create documentation and training materials to support adoption and usability.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certifications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Einstein for Service and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Background in telephony platform migration and support.

The average base salary pay range for this role is between $130,000 to $150,000 annually

May be considered for a discretionary bonus
