If so, we have an exciting opportunity to become part of the Salomon family!

We are looking for 2 Salespeople M/F/D for a fixed-term employment, on-call job (10 and 20 hours/week) in our Salomon store in Zweibrücken.

Your role

To successfully perform this position, you must:

• Utilize your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales
• Accompany and advise customers to provide them with a high-quality customer experience and suggest complementary products (add-on sales)
• Be proficient in sales techniques and the digital tools available in the store to ensure exceptional customer service
• Assist in securing company assets and adhering to procedures by promoting loss prevention and ensuring the warehouse is clean and well-organized
• Be confident in handling cash
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles
• Be a brand ambassador and promote the brand's service culture

This position requires 100% presence on the sales floor.
