Job Description

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a full-time LIHTC Leasing Consultant for Country Ranch Apartments in Loveland, CO. This role involves processing and maintaining resident files, ensuring compliance with government regulations, assisting applicants, managing wait lists, completing reports, and handling resident issues and move-ins. Must Have:
  • Processes and maintains accurate resident files
  • Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed
  • Processes re-certifications and renewals on time
  • Ensures that all applicants and residents are in compliance with government regulations
  • Assists applicant with the application process
  • Creates and updates the wait list
  • Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
  • Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
  • Completes move-in walk through with new residents
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a high paced environment
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of LIHTC programs
  • Attention to detail
  • Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
  • Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Description

General functions of the Tax Credit leasing Agent:

  • Processes and maintains accurate resident files

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a high paced environment - Required
  • Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
  • Knowledge of LIHTC programs
  • Attention to detail
  • Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
  • Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Additional Information

Location: Country Ranch Apartments (128 units)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
