About your manager

František Rochovanský leads Integration part of the Business applications team. The team is a dynamic and youthful group of professionals distributed across the Czechia. Job description & summary

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in the world of SAP. Your dedication to continuous learning and improvement will be key to your success in this role. As an S/4HANA Developer, your role will involve participating in projects focusing on the automation of integration, functional, and reporting development across various modules on the SAP platform (with focus on S/4Hana modules: FI, CO, HCM, MM, SD modules). With a strong emphasis on cloud-based solutions, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to our business systems.

• Participate in the design and development of on-premise and cloud-based solutions using SAP's S/4HANA platform.
• Execute software design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to business systems.
• Develop interfaces and system solutions using ABAP programs, SAPUI5, Fiori, OData / CDS and Web Services, OOP, BAPI, IDOC, and RFCs.
• Leverage modern programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS in conjunction with SAPUI5 and Fiori for front-end development.
• Prepare technical specifications and develop the necessary ABAP programs and development objects.
• Design and develop Cloud extensions to S/4Hana private and public cloud systems, leveraging the SAP Extension Suite on SAP BTP
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of system or process related issues.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional (HCM, FI, CO, MM etc.) consultants to implement and deploy changes to SAP.
• Stay current with SAP's latest technologies and best practices, including SAP HANA, SAP BTP and S/4HANA developments.

Requirements for the role

• Higher education in computer science or related field.
• Working experience in ABAP Programming; knowledge of SAPUI5, Fiori, OData, CDS
• Understanding of S/4 application extensions frameworks and concepts
• Familiarity with S/4HANA, Core Data Services, SAP Cloud / BTP Platform, and SAP HANA database.
• Experience with tools and techniques such as report creation, SmartForms, ALV Reports, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, BAPI, Sap Enhancement Framework (BADI, BTE, Customer Exits etc.).
• Proficiency in JSON/XML; OData and REST based Web Service based integrations.
• Experience in integration or functional development of any 2 SAP ECC modules is a plus
• Knowledge of S/4Hana Cloud concepts (private and/or public)
• Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment models.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Fluent in Czech and English, proficiency in German is an advantage.
