This involves training, coaching, and mentoring CSS Specialists, conducting performance evaluations, and managing communications for emergency and non-emergency calls. Responsibilities also encompass responding to emergent events, medical emergencies (with basic first aid, CPR, and AED certification), and maintaining timekeeping systems and records. Additionally, the role requires ensuring personnel have necessary equipment and providing field direction to solve problems and escalate issues impacting business continuity.
