Must have:

As a multifaceted research engineer/scientist, you will drive innovation across software, hardware, and semiconductor domains, supporting the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies. Your role involves initiating and executing scientific research projects to fuel growth in computing, communication, memory, and networking, while applying advanced knowledge of hardware/software co-design principles to optimize system implementations. You will collaborate with industry and academia, influence external research, and contribute to scientific publications and patents, ensuring product relevancy and supporting revenue growth. Additionally, you will architect secure designs, conduct vulnerability assessments, and develop tools to enhance security, while exploring novel device physics and process innovations to advance Intel's roadmap of future technologies. Your expertise will be pivotal in solving complex engineering problems, developing strategic software applications, and recommending strategic product enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.

Qualifications:

This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Education: Candidate must be enrolled/pursuing a Master's degree OR Ph.D degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related STEM field with 3+ months of education or industry experience.

Preferred Qualification: A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
