Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at Sinch Brazil, you will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strong customer relationships. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise sales, particularly within a SaaS environment and complex solution sales. You will negotiate contracts, work with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and possess excellent communication and influencing skills. The position is based in São Paulo with a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office three times a week. You'll be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding Sinch's presence in the Brazilian market.

Work Model: Hybrid, three times a week in the São Paulo office (Faria Lima)

Employment Contract: CLT- Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Experience in sales (farming), having served Enterprise companies
  • Previous experience in complex sales/solutions;
  • Experience in a SaaS-based environment;
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
  • Experience with CRM (SalesForce will be an advantage);
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills;
  • Self-Motivated target driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical capacity and high organization;
  • Advanced English.
