Job Description
SoftwarUs, a LikeCard Company, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build next-gen AI systems at scale. The role involves implementing LangGraph workflows, developing AI agents for various services like eSIM recommendations and customer support, and integrating with top LLM providers. The engineer will also be responsible for architecting systems into microservices, ensuring robust testing, monitoring, and security compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Good To Have:
- Experience with LangSmith and other observability tools.
- Knowledge of AI performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, Responsible AI, and compliance testing.
Must Have:
- Design and implement LangGraph workflows for complex AI orchestration.
- Develop and maintain AI agents for intelligent services.
- Integrate with top LLM providers and apply prompt engineering best practices.
- Architect and refactor systems into microservices for scalability and maintainability.
- Ensure robust testing, monitoring, and security compliance in all AI workflows.
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering with a strong track record in building production-grade AI systems.
- Deep expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, and AI workflow orchestration.
- Solid knowledge of FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, async Python, and vector databases.
- Experience with LLM integration, fine-tuning, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of AI testing, monitoring, and security best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering with a strong track record in building production-grade AI systems.
- Deep expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, and AI workflow orchestration.
- Solid knowledge of FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, async Python, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Experience with LLM integration, fine-tuning, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of AI testing, monitoring, and security best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangSmith and other observability tools.
