Job Summary:
The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support sales strategies and drive business growth. This position will be responsible for conducting sales performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting on key sales metrics. The Sales Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales targets, track performance against goals, and make recommendations for sales process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales organization to plan and implement projects that support sales goals and initiatives.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, provide actionable insights to support sales strategies, and to accurately forecast and track sales performance.
Conduct market and prospect analysis to enable targeted sales efforts and accelerate sales.
Support quota setting, territory management and account assignments.
Ensure data completeness and accuracy in the CRM and other systems.
Conduct regular sales data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness within the sales organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objective.

Education and Experience:
