Senior Annotation Analyst

As part of the Annotation team, you play a central role in enhancing the user experience and team collaboration. As a Senior Annotation Analyst, you’ll use your language and cultural expertise, along with analytical skills, to evaluate Siri responses against guidelines. In addition to achieving your productions goals, you will provide procedural, quality, and tools guidance to Annotation Analysts. You will be an SME on US English comprehension and cultural understanding, providing coaching to team members to increase quality and production results for the organization, in addition to using your analytics skills to track, evaluate and report trends. You will apply your locale-specific knowledge to support other high priority and business critical needs. You’ll provide feedback for improvements to existing tooling that can increase annotation throughput and quality. Your flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks is essential. We focus on the user experience, thinking creatively on how customers use Siri and use this knowledge for improvements.
