You will work closely with clients to analyse workforce trends, develop workforce planning strategies, and design talent acquisition, development, and retention programmes to align with business objectives and drive organisational success.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Contingent Workforce (CW) Desk, supporting the firm’s fast-growing demand for Third-Party Resources (TPR) across diverse business lines. This role goes beyond transactional recruitment—it requires strong vendor management, deep understanding of compliance frameworks, and the ability to handle high-volume, complex staffing needs with speed and accuracy.
The recruiter will partner closely with business stakeholders, Strategic Sourcing, HR Operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth and compliant hiring. This position is critical to driving agility, cost efficiency, and compliance in the contingent workforce hiring process.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring for audit roles.
BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, PGDM
