Job Summary

CyberArk is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer (QA) to join their Machine Identity Security team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This hybrid role involves maintaining test infrastructure, collaborating with development teams in an Agile process to clarify acceptance criteria, planning and executing tests, analyzing existing test coverage, co-developing test plans, and participating in on-call duties. The role focuses on securing top enterprises using continuous delivery technologies and requires 5+ years of relevant experience with strong Python skills.

Must Have

  • Maintain test infrastructure.
  • Work with teams and product owners within Agile process to clarify and tighten acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Plan, define and execute tests as part of the teams’ QA related activities.
  • Analyze and challenge existing testing coverage (manual and automatic tests).
  • Co-develop and review test plans with team during Agile sprints to decide what steps are needed to increase confidence.
  • Participate in the on-call process (limited to a few weekends per year).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to write clean, consistent, and well documented code following best practices.
  • Experience Maintaining Test Automation Frameworks or Automated Tests.
  • Hands-on experience and solid knowledge in Python.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot traffic and services.
  • Ability to handle assigned tasks and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-group environment with global SWE teams.
  • Experience with API usage and testing.

Good to Have

  • Understanding of PKI.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • SQL.
  • Experience with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure) or vSphere / VMs.
  • Understanding of security principles and/or experience with security software.
  • PowerShell.

CyberArk is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer (QA) to join our Machine Identity Security team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will join the core team responsible for CyberArk’s Trust Protection Foundation product, collaborating with development teams that use the latest technologies in continuous delivery to secure the top enterprises in the world.

*Please notice this is a hybrid role based in our office in Sofia. We ask to come to the office 2 per week.*

Qualifications
