The role involves documenting and executing comprehensive test plans, performing regression testing, and identifying software defects. The engineer will collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure quality standards, set up and maintain testing environments, and assist with test case automation to optimize regression cycles.

Must Have

• Document and execute comprehensive test plans for products
• Perform regression testing against each release

• Assist with automation of test cases
• 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Experience with Playwright
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Experience testing with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and similar data warehouses
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel
• Experience working with Cloud technologies
• Comfortable working with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and GitHub
• Able to work with Linux OS, doing API and CLI based testing
• Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspaces
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Back-end engines testing experience preferred

• Document and execute comprehensive test plans for products, ensuring functional requirements are being met.
• Perform regression testing against each release to ensure our product continues to meet high levels of quality.
• Identify and report any software defects and issues clearly.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure quality standards are met and issues addressed effectively.
• Setup and maintain testing environments that mimic customers’ environments.
• Assist with automation of test cases, where possible, to optimize regression test cycles.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Experience with Playwright.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
