Senior Axiom Business Analyst

As a Senior Axiom Business Analyst, you will join a global team supporting regulatory reporting applications. Your role involves managing the bank's technology infrastructure, maintaining existing systems, and deploying new technologies. Key responsibilities include analyzing regulatory guidelines, eliciting business requirements, performing data mapping, managing project scope, conducting functional testing, and resolving issues. You will also contribute to technical design and ensure effective communication with stakeholders regarding regulatory reporting.

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience with banking, 6+ in regulatory reporting, 4+ in Axiom
• Experience in RBI regulatory reports
• Experience in design and implementation of high-quality business requirements and solutions on Axiom
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and banking products
• Excellent data analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge in Axiom reporting tool preferred

##### Project description

Individual contributor to become a part of a global team to support regulatory reporting applications and services for regulatory reporting business. You will manage the bank's technology infrastructure; support, maintain, and enhance existing business systems; as well as deliver and deploy new systems, technologies, and services.

##### Responsibilities

• Analyse regulatory reporting guidelines and reporting templates to understand what is expected by regulator
• Elicit business requirements from business users and capture it in BRD, FSD
• Perform data mapping analysis to understand the availability and quality of data
• Manage project scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform functional testing before start of UAT
• Provide UAT support, analyse and resolve issues identified during user testing
• Resolve functional and technical issues related to business applications
• Provide input to technical design decisions and business application strategy
• Establish and maintain communication with IT and Business Stakeholders, ensure regulatory reporting requirements are properly addressed on all levels of system and procedural changes

Must have

• 10+ years of experience with banking, out of which a minimum of 6 years in regulatory reporting and 4+ years in Axiom
• Experience in RBI regulatory reports
• Experience in design and implementation of high-quality business requirements and solutions on Axiom
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and banking products
• Excellent data analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge in Axiom reporting tool preferred
