We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team. Reporting to Manager, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable backend services within a microservices architecture using Java /Spring Boot and Python & participate in design from scratch to production
• Delivering high quality features for our high-scale web environment
• Monitoring the performance and cost of the services in production
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve our technology stack and development processes
• Integrating with other team members (backend/frontend/product/UX) & mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise with the team

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in programming in at least one of the following programming language: Java, C#, Python, Go, Scala, C, C++, Ruby
• Proven experience in developing SaaS application
• Proficiency in microservices environment, including experience with AWS, Kubernetes
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with message brokers and queues, such as RabbitMQ or Amazon SQS, for asynchronous communication between services
• Proficiency in various data stores such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift, Snowflake, and Elastic
