What You’ll Do
- Support the design, execution, and administration of compensation programs, including annual and mid-cycle reviews, promotion cycles, and equity refresh grants.
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Partner with People Ops and Talent Acquisition to evaluate job offers, promotions, and leveling decisions.
- Maintain and optimize compensation tools and workflows in Rippling, Carta, and Pave, ensuring data accuracy and scalability.
- Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses to support HRBPs, finance, and people leadership.
- Manage survey submissions and external data requests to ensure reliable market benchmarking.
- Drive process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience in compensation programs.
You
- Have 5+ years of experience in compensation (preferably in tech or high-growth environments).
- Possess a strong understanding of core compensation principles, including market pricing, job leveling, and pay equity.
- Bring working knowledge of equity compensation and the ability to support equity programs (RSUs, options, refresh cycles).
- Are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced functions; experience with Rippling, Carta, and Pave preferred.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate well across HR, Finance, and Talent teams.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
Nice to Have
- Experience with compensation survey platforms (e.g., Radford, Pave).
- Exposure to compensation compliance topics (e.g., SOX, pay transparency laws).
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
