Job Description & Summary

Those in financial strategy and planning at PwC will focus on developing and implementing strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability. Your work will involve analysing financial data, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations for optimising financial performance.

Responsibilities
- Provide financial support for operations and infrastructure functions
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
- Lead teams and manage client accounts with strategic planning
- Mentor and coach junior staff to develop their skills
- Assure project success and maintain elevated standards
- Inspire and motivate team members to deliver quality work
- Identify opportunities to improve financial support
- Embrace technology and innovation to enhance processes
Requirements:
- Education: Public Accountant or business related bachelor degree
- + 4 years of experience in finance &/or accounting preferable with some leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge in financial analysis and reporting
- Skills in budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to develop business plans and forecasts
- English advanced level (C1 - both oral & written)
- SAP4Hanna and experience with data visualization tools are a plus.
- Ability to coach and develop finance team members
- Skills in influencing leadership decisions
- Experience in cross-functional projects
