Must Have:
  • Lead, develop and manage weekly performance reviews, rolling forecasts and annual budgeting, ensuring they align with MYP Targets.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track financial performance, profitability and operational efficiency at a market level.
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to the leadership team, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Challenge assumptions and provide proactive, value-adding recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Analyze market data, identify trends and flag financial risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure weekly performance is translated into monthly financials.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization, focusing on financial accuracy and efficient reporting.
  • 5+ years proven experience in a finance business partnering role within the B2C environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to connect financial performance to key operational drivers.
  • Ability to convey complex financial information clearly, build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and business improvement.
