Job Summary
Job Description
- Deep understanding of Japanese 2D culture and anime/manga aesthetics.
- Extensive original character design skills and experience with excellent concept design and expression.
- Ability to explore the art style of 2D characters and generate new ideas.
- Experience with related project interfaces and an understanding of the 3D production process of 2D characters.
- Ability to see the final effect of 2D character artwork in the game.
- Passion for games and the ability to contribute to game planning.
- Graduation from an art-related major with solid art knowledge and skills.
- More than 5 years of concept design experience, preferably with design leadership experience.
- Strong comprehensive analytical and innovation abilities with the ability to understand requests accurately.
- Strong sense of responsibility, high dedication to work, and the ability to achieve goals with the team.
- Mastery of software required for this position and strong learning ability.

【業務内容】
・企画やアートディレクターに協力し、ゲームのキャラクターのスタイルの策定に参加/担当する。
・コンセプトデザインのテンプレート、基準を作成する。
・具体的なコンセプトデザインのタスクを担当し、アウトソーシングが提出するコンセプトアートのチェックと、外注制作の指導を担当する。
・コンセプトデザインのフローに沿ってチェックを行う。
・エンジンエディタを使用し、キャラクターのゲームでの最終効果をコントロールする。
・コンセプトデザインの経験を積み、共有する。資料の作成や新人育成を行い、設計経験を共有する。
【必須（MUST）】
・日本の二次元文化とアニメ・マンガの美学に深い理解があります。
・キャラクターの原画デザイン能力と経験が豊富で、コンセプトデザインと表現力にも優れています。
・二次元キャラクターの美術スタイルを探求し、新しいアイデアを生み出す能力があります。
・関連プロジェクトのインターフェイス経験があり、二次元キャラクターの3D制作プロセスを理解し、2Dキャラクターの原画がゲーム内で最終的な効果を確認できる能力があります。3Dモデルやアニメーションなど各段階での協力経験があります

・ゲームへの情熱をお持ちの方。ゲーム体験に注目し、本来の仕事を活かしつつ企画に協力しゲーム体験を改善する。
・アート関連の専攻から卒業し、しっかりとしたアート知識やスキルを持っている方。
・コンセプトデザインの経験5年以上、設計のリード経験者が望ましい。
・強い総合的な分析力と革新力を持ち、リクエストを正確に理解し、効率的に完成する。
・強い責任感を持ち、仕事への投入度が高く、チームに合わせ目標を達成する。
・当ポジションに必要なソフトウェアをマスターし、強い学習能力を持ち、積極的に新しい技術を研究・勉強し仕事に活用する
