Job Description

The role involves managing daily local and international payments for the Japanese company, handling all banking transactions including payments, receipts, cash management, and credit card management. Responsibilities also include organizing and filing original documents and invoices, managing income and bank balances, and requesting funds from the group when necessary. The role will also be responsible for processing bank account openings and daily management matters, understanding and resolving business funds and banking-related demands in collaboration with business lines, and completing various financial statements.

Must Have:

Fluent in Japanese and Chinese
At least 2 years of practical experience as a treasurer in a bank or company
Proficient in local banking processes, products and services, KYC requirements, and local regulations

仕事内容：
1.日本会社における日々のローカルおよび海外支払を担当する
2.支払・入金、資金管理・資金照合、クレジットカード管理など、銀行取引全般を担当する
3.原始証憑、請求書等の整理及びファイリング
4.収支及び銀行残高を管理し、必要な場合はグループに資金を申請する
5.KYCコンプライアンス要件を含む、銀行口座開設および日常管理事項を処理する
6.業務ラインと連携し、業務資金及び銀行関連の需要を理解及び解決する
7.各種財務諸表の完成など
8.その他、上司から指示された業務

応募資格：
- 日本語および中国語が堪能であること
- 学士以上の学歴及び会計、監査、経済学や財務管理等関連専門分野がある方優先
- 銀行または企業の出納担当として少なくとも2年の実務経験があること
- 現地の銀行業務プロセス、商品及びサービスに関する十分な知識およびKYC要件を含む現地の規制や規則について精通していること
- 正直、まじめ、責任感があり、チームワークの精神がある方
