The Senior Content Analyst in the ETC Real Time team is responsible for maintaining Real Time data on Eikon and demonstrating expertise in Reference and End-of-Day data from Stock Exchanges. This role involves implementing change control procedures, collaborating with international partners, ensuring high-quality data delivery, processing and maintaining real-time data accurately, building knowledge of financial regulations, improving the use of available tools, leading data quality assurance, testing and providing feedback for new application releases, and assisting the Team Manager with workflow distribution. The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.

Job Details

We are hiring a Senior Content Analyst in ETC Real Time team. A Senior Content Analyst is tasked on maintaining Real Time data on Eikon and exemplifying expertise on Reference and End-of-Day data from Stock Exchanges to key databases.


Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • implement change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures.

  • collaborates with international partners to identify and meet targets.

  • accountable for delivering high efficiency and quality data.

  • process and maintain real-time data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.

  • build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.

  • improve usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.

  • required to lead on ensuring data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market.

  • tasked to test and provide guide user feedback for new set of application and database releases and lead Exchange Driven and Technical Day 1 Projects and Migration testing.

  • additional requirements is to assist the Team Manager in supervising and coordinating the distribution/allocation of work inflows to the analysts.

  • champion a learning and positive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently with high degree of ownership

  • Ability to meet strict weekly timeliness and quality standards established by the department

  • Ability to multi-task and be results driven

This role is on blended work model, with 3 days working on the office and 2 days working remotely. Standard working hours is Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM.
