The Data and Analytics (D&A) Head of Strategy will work with the Co-Heads of D&A, the D&A Leadership Team and the Group Strategy Team to development and deliver the D&A strategy, aligned to the Group strategy.

Strong financial management skills are necessary to manage the budget for the data and analytics division. This includes ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, monitoring financial performance, and making strategic investments that drive growth.
The ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with strategic initiatives is important. This includes developing contingency plans and ensuring that the division is prepared to respond to changing market conditions and unforeseen challenges.
A deep understanding of the data and analytics industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, is essential. This knowledge helps inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
The organization is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $214,700 - $357,900.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. Roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
