Must Have:

Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML and generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion, transformers) for various use cases.
Drive experimentation, evaluation, and integration of state-of-the-art generative AI techniques.
Oversee model governance, fairness, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
Develop recommendation algorithms (collaborative filtering, content-based filtering).
Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, Databricks, AWS).
VertexAI experience with model deployment and training pipelines.
Experience with real-world ML applications in retail (recommendation systems, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, customer segmentation).
Experience in Retail.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, computer vision, NLP, MLOps.
Experience with RAG.
Proficiency in Core Java, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Structured Query Language (SQL).

Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost, computer vision and NLP, MLOPs.
Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML and generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for various use cases such as automation, personalization, content generation, forecasting, and decision intelligence.
Drive experimentation, evaluation, and integration of state-of-the-art generative AI techniques into products and processes.
Oversee model governance, fairness, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
Recommendation algorithms (collaborative filtering, content-based filtering).
Experienced with MLOps tools and cloud platforms - any of GCP , Azure, Databricks, or AWS.
VertexAI experience where working with model deployment, model training pipelines should be part of experience
Experience with real-world ML applications in retail such as recommendation systems, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, or customer segmentation.
Experience in Retail.
