ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic leader to head our Government Partnerships Vertical. As the Head of Partnerships – Government, you’ll be responsible for driving alliances with state-level and national associations, industry bodies, and public-sector institutions that directly or indirectly support the MSME ecosystem.

Your role will focus on building structured partnerships that unlock access to large MSME bases — whether through category-based (e.g., manufacturing, textiles, handicrafts) or revenue-segmented collaborations — and enable Tide to deliver tailored financial solutions to these businesses.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with government departments, MSME boards, public associations, and federations at both central and state levels.
  • MSME Engagement: Build programs with state and national bodies to onboard and support MSMEs across different sectors and revenue brackets.
  • Industry Collaboration: Partner with chambers of commerce, export promotion councils, and state associations to create awareness and adoption of Tide’s business solutions.
  • Program Development: Co-create financial enablement programs with government or quasi-government institutions to support SME digitization, formalization, and growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with policymakers, trade bodies, and regulatory institutions to ensure Tide is positioned as a key enabler for MSME growth.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Tide’s marketing, product, and sales teams to convert partnerships into scalable acquisition and engagement channels.
  • Representation: Represent Tide in government-led forums, industry conferences, and policy dialogues to strengthen the brand’s visibility in the MSME sector.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 12–18 years of experience in partnerships, government relations, or institutional alliances — ideally in fintech, banking, or SME-focused organizations.
  • Strong network within MSME departments, state industries ministries, and trade associations.
  • Proven track record in structuring and managing high-impact partnerships with government or public institutions.
  • Deep understanding of MSME challenges, state policies, and business ecosystems across India.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to convert partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
  • Preferably based out of NCR region, with willingness to travel across states for partner engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN

  • Competitive Salary
  • Self & Family Health Insurance
  • Term & Life Insurance
  • OPD Benefits
  • Mental wellbeing through Plumm
  • Learning & Development Budget
  • 15 days of Privilege leaves
  • 12 days of Casual leaves
  • 12 days of Sick leaves
  • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
