The Vice President of Data Engineering & Analytics is a transformational executive leader responsible for architecting and executing a global strategy that positions Data Engineering and Analytics as core enablers of the company’s growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. This leader will oversee a team of 151 employees and contractors—expected to expand significantly in the coming years—ensuring the function is structured, scalable, and aligned with the company’s most critical priorities.
This role is accountable for delivering enterprise-scale, secure, and cost-efficient Data engineering and business intelligence platforms while influencing at the highest levels of the organization. The Vice President will work in close partnership with all Global Information Systems (GIS) functions, the executive leadership team, and cross-functional business units to ensure that Data engineering and Analytics investments directly translate to measurable business outcomes.
The Vice President must bring strategic vision, and operational excellence, as well as the ability to attract, develop, and inspire a world-class global team. It carries full accountability for a current $20M budget, with responsibility for optimizing spending, shaping investment priorities, and ensuring that financial decisions accelerate innovation, efficiency, and enterprise value creation.
This role leads and manages a global organization of 151 employees and contractors, with responsibility for hiring, onboarding, performance management, and workforce expansion. The Vice President will oversee both employees and contingent workers, ensuring effective alignment of talent, resources, and investment to deliver enterprise priorities.
The estimated base salary range for the Vice President, Data Engineering & Analytics role based in the United States of America is: $265,800 - $398,600. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
