Must Have

  • Masters in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years applying data science principles in product analytics, health outcomes and evaluation, causal analytics or behavioral analysis
  • 5+ years of practical experience applying statistical methods and modeling
  • Expertise working in Python, SQL, Spark
  • Expert communicator and collaborator

Good to Have

  • PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
  • 8+ years applying data science principles in product analytics, health outcomes and evaluation, causal analytics or behavioral analysis
  • 8+ years of practical experience applying statistical methods and modeling, causal analysis, ML, AI

As a Data Scientist on this team you will partner closely with doctors, clinicians, designers, and product managers to drive the future of health. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of fascinating problems, applying deep analytic techniques to derive insights that will drive future products.

We are looking for an experienced data scientist who is equally strong with their interpersonal skills as they are with their technical chops. This individual has to be intensely curious, have strong data and product intuition, practice both ownership and accountability, be an expert communicator, iterate quickly with the data, and treat every day like it’s their first day. In this role you will:

At , base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
