Job Description

Roof Stacks seeks a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist/Assistant Manager to develop and execute effective brand communication initiatives. Responsibilities include managing social media, creating written content (press releases, internal announcements), updating the website and social media, planning and supplying promotional materials, organizing events and sponsorships, executing PR activities, and managing communication strategies for company spokespeople. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, strong PR knowledge, excellent writing and communication skills, and experience in event management. The role requires collaboration with various business units and building relationships with media and stakeholders. This on-site position is based in Istanbul.

Qualifications
 
·       At least 8+ years of experience in Corporate Communications,
·       Strong knowledge in public relations,
·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications and agency collaboration, journalism or public affairs or in relevant fields,
·       Knowledge of MS Office programs,
·       Fluency in English both written and spoken,
·       Excellent communication, proof-reading and writing skills (ability to create editorial content is a must),
·       No restriction to travel,
·       Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously,
·       Experienced in event management,
·       Having presentation and reporting skills, Creative thinking ability and ability to make presentations, edit and create content.

Responsibilities
 
·       Collaborate closely with business units to develop and execute effective brand communication initiatives,
·       Manage social media communication on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram to engage our audience effectively,
·       Supporting the preparation of written content (press releases, interviews, internal announcements, etc.) and controlling the content prepared by the agency,
·       Updating all corporate fields needed on the website and social media platforms. Supporting digital marketing activities,
·       Carrying out the processes of planning and supplying promotional and corporate communication materials,
·       Preparation of the event organization, fairs and process of sponsorship,
·       Taking part in the execution of promotion, advertising and PR activities,
·       Plan and execute communication strategies for Chairman and other spokesmen,
·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.
